Bass Fishing

Here are some tips and footage of an accual Bass catch. What this gentleman was doing a standard technique on bass fishing usually casting or popping. Casting is when you launch the line out in open water and start reiling the line in, and popping is when you cast the line out and tug on the line in a popping motion. Usually for bass, you would use a lure but some anglers like to use live bait. The best lure to use in my opinion is a spinner bait which consists of a hook of course and a spoon( a oval shaped piece of aluminum) . When the angler casts the spinner in the water the spoon should start spinning which would attract the Bass. Another kind of lure is the popper which has a rattling sound to it so, in this case you would use the popping motion in the water. So when you launch the lure in the water and start popping it will start to rattle which will attract the Bass, plus the popper is painted to look like a minnow so you have a better chance to catch them. For live bait I would recommend worms ,minnows or even small frogs. You can find Smallmouth bass usually in canals or on the shore line, the same goes for Largemouth Bass. Hope you enjoy my tips on Bass fishing.
